These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of Zentrova Omni Inbox as a unified communication workspace for WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram conversations.

1. Service Scope

Zentrova Omni Inbox is designed to help businesses manage customer communication from supported channels in one interface. Features may include inbox management, contact records, assignment workflows, reply handling, conversation status management, and analytics or audit features added over time.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Only authorized users may access the software. Each business is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its credentials, restricting access to approved personnel, and ensuring connected channels and tokens are managed securely.

3. Acceptable Use

  • You must use the platform in compliance with applicable laws, channel platform rules, and customer communication policies.
  • You must not use the service to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized communications.
  • You must not attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with service availability, or misuse access tokens and connected integrations.

4. Connected Third-Party Platforms

The service relies on external platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, email providers, and supporting APIs. Availability, permissions, rate limits, and messaging capabilities may change based on the policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for outages, policy restrictions, or API limitations imposed by those providers.

5. Customer Data

The business using the service remains responsible for the data it collects, the legal basis for messaging end-users, and the lawful handling of personal data. Zentrova Omni Inbox processes data to provide the contracted messaging workflow and related support features.

6. Availability and Changes

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service as needed for maintenance, reliability, or product development. We aim to minimize disruption, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Security and Compliance

Users are responsible for securing their own devices, passwords, and administrative access. Businesses should regularly review assigned users, integration permissions, and stored credentials to maintain operational security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentrova Omni Inbox is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, third-party API issues, user misconfiguration, or unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, breach of these terms, legal risk, or operational necessity. Businesses may also discontinue use of the service at any time, subject to any applicable commercial commitments.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
